Perspectives on Developmental Disabilities were presented at an International Conference while in St. Petersburg in April 2005. Regional and international experts came together along with Christian Horizons Canada, Mission of T.E.A.R.S as well as Radio TEOS charities. The delegates discussed the perspectives on services to people labeled developmentally disabled. Areas such as social and physical integration, how community based services work, roundtable discussions. Informative professionals such as doctors, government representatives, directors of orphanages and the parents association for challenged children all contributed.
