Coram Deo demonstrates a variety of missions work on site or in location around the capital of Port au Prince. Here are some of the main operations and goals of Coram Deo:

• Onsite schooling for handicapped and the extremely poor.
• Teaching life skills and education on every day practices and general health care.
• Provided basic life needs by networking and international help.
• Exponential fighting for the needs of those who cannot.
• Ministring by community outreach, feeding programs and medical aid.
• Free medical clinics coordinated by Karen, held many times and in different places around the capital.
